Michael Buble is set to duet with Reese Witherspoon. The "Haven't Met You Yet" singer confirmed he will collaborate with the actress - who won an Oscar for her portrayal of June Carter Cash in musical film Walk the Line - for his new studio album.
Michael, 37, revealed he is a fan of the Legally Blonde star and put out feelers to Reese, 36, about recording together for his next record. Asked about the duet, he told ITV1's Daybreak, "By all accounts it would be true. I just really am a big fan, and so myself and my camp, we wanted to do this with her, and we were thrilled that she was excited about it too."
Reese has previously admitted she found the experience of working on Walk the Line - in which she starred opposite Joaquin Phoenix - horrifying, calling it the toughest movie she had ever made: "I had to do four months of rehearsals. I had to learn to play autoharp. I had to take singing lessons. I had to record an album, which was the most challenging, horrifying experience of my life. Me singing in front of people while they're listening to me is just horrifying."

"I don't think [Lady Gaga] lives it because it's all artifice. It's all image with no meaning behind it. You can't sink your teeth into it. It's a sound bite. It's very of this age, because that's what people want. They want a Twitter line, a jpeg, an MP3."

Bruno Mars Nervous About Next Single
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Artist News, Upcoming Releases, Pop, R&B / Soul,
Bruno Mars is "nervous" about his next single. The star has had great success with his last single, "Locked Out Of Heaven," but is unsure as to how his next, "When I Was Your Man," will be received.
"Soon you guys will hear a song I wrote called When I Was Your Man. I've never been this nervous. Can't explain it," he wrote on Twitter.
Another new track on his second album, Unorthodox Jukebox, was inspired by Bruno's visit to a French strip club, after they played another of his hits, and he didn't find it appropriate. Speaking about the track, "Money Make Her Smile," Bruno recalled, "That's the wild card. We actually wrote that to be a strip-club anthem. After a concert in Paris, we went to a strip club; the promoter got on the mic and said, 'We have a special guest, Bruno Mars!' - and then they played 'Just the Way You Are.' That's the worst song to hear in that environment, so I resolved to write a good one."
Unorthodox Jukebox will be released on December 11.

Keith Richards admits sometimes he "despises" Mick Jagger. The Rolling Stones guitarist has opened up about the love/hate relationship he has with the band's singer, which was famously tested in 2010, when he wrote in his autobiography his bandmate has a small penis.
"You've got two very volatile guys who've been through a whole lot of stuff in their life and still somehow manage. Sometimes I despise the man, others, I love that man so much. It's like your brother. I never had one, so he's my brother. That's the way it is, bless his heart," Richards told Esquire.

Coldplay Working on New Album

Coldplay have already started work on their new album.
The band's frontman Chris Martin says the group are working on tracks for the next LP, a follow-up to last year's Mylo Xyloto, and laughed off reports they were going to have a three-year break.
"I've been writing songs and I'm so fired up about the band's future. I'm fortunate to do what I do and no way do I want to stop. This three-year break idea only came about because I said at a gig in Australia that we might not be back there for three years. That's probably true, but that's just how a world tour works. No chance are we taking a three-year break," he said.

The "Miss Independent" hitmaker has just released her Greatest Hits Chapter One album to commemorate 10 years in the music industry since becoming the first winner of American Idol in 2002, but she is struggling to get her head around reaching such a milestone.

The track Kelly is most proud of on the album is her "baby" of a song "Because Of You," released in 2004, as it brings back memories of her as a young songwriter: "'Because Of You' was my baby because I wrote it when I was a kid, then it went to number one worldwide, which meant a lot as a singer and a writer."

Nicole Scherzinger’s Pussycat Jealousy
Posted by Andru Edwards Categories: Gossip, Rumors, Pop, R&B / Soul,
Nicole Scherzinger's jealously caused The Pussycat Dolls to split, according to former member Carmit Bacher. The "Don't Cha" hitmakers - made up of Nicole, Carmit, Melody Thornton, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta and Kimberly Wyatt - broke up in 2010 and Carmit says the main reason behind the split was Nicole's envy of Ashley and the way she looked.
"Nicole was jealous of Ashley. She felt threatened by her - like people would prefer her because of the way she looked. Ashley had that iconic American thing going on - blonde hair, blue eyes. It was the look Nicole seemed to want but could never have. No one could understand why Nicole was so jealous. She was an exotic beauty with a look that most girls would kill for. But she always had a thing about blonde girls. Ashley knew that Nicole was jealous of her and it made her feel uncomfortable. It was a hideous undertone in the group."
